This video exemplifies why Japanese comedy cannot be brought over directly to the United States. Viewer discretion is advised. (I'm serious. It starts off light but gets very sadistic as the video goes on.)
The video "starts" around 2 minutes in so bear with the preface bit, it's helpful for your understanding of what's about to take place.
Summary: Matsumoto must spend one day in a house where he will be bombarded by pies thrown by his four coworkers on Gaki no Tsukai. His job is to go through the day without acknowledging their existence or the pie. Their job is to ensure he fails at his job.

I liked how they kept throwing pies at his crotch. The part where he was reaching for the toilet paper and they knocked it out his hand with a pie was awesome as well.
